Renovation Guide is a free introduction and comparison service. We collect the details you provide through our form and match you with one or more MCS-certified solar installers ("partners") who may contact you to provide quotes for solar panels, batteries or related products.

We are not an installer and we do not supply, fit, sell or finance solar equipment ourselves. Any contract for the supply or installation of goods or services is made directly between you and the relevant partner, on their terms.

3. Eligibility

To use the service you must be at least 18 years old, resident in the United Kingdom, and either the homeowner or otherwise authorised to request quotes for the property. The information you submit must be accurate, complete and your own.

4. Consent to be contacted

By submitting the form you consent to being contacted by Renovation Guide and its partners about your enquiry by telephone, SMS and email. You can withdraw this consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Quotes, savings and estimates

Any figures, savings estimates, offers (including references to 0% VAT and grants) and other information shown on our website are indicative and for general guidance only. They are not a quote, an offer, or advice, and depend on your property, energy usage, eligibility and the partner's assessment. Actual quotes, prices, eligibility and savings are provided by the partner and are subject to their own terms.

Nothing on our website constitutes financial, legal, technical or energy advice. You should carry out your own checks and, where appropriate, seek independent advice before entering into any contract with a partner.

7. Third-party partners

We take reasonable care in selecting partners but we do not control them and are not responsible for their products, services, workmanship, conduct or the accuracy of their quotes. Any dispute arising from goods or services supplied by a partner is a matter between you and that partner.

8. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Only submit details for a property you own or are authorised to enquire about.
• Not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Lead Wise Pty Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without our permission.

10. Limitation of liability

The website and service are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website, reliance on any information on it, or any dealings with a partner. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the service at any time without notice.

13. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
